This painting came from a friend’s dream of creation. She saw the universe being created. She saw the angels being created. She saw the wedding supper of the lamb in Revelation, Adam and Eve, and the crucifixion all happened before the earth was created, because God is outside of time. Then she saw the Lamb’s book of Life with her story in it. Every once in a while she would see a blood splat on a page because “As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us.” Psalm 103:12 Amplified. In the Lamb’s Book of Her Life, Jesus’ shed blood blotted out her sin and ours as we come to make Jesus Lord of our lives and surrender to Him.
